Luxurious bathrooms added a touch of elegance.
We were forced into a makeshift AIRBNB for two days due to the hotel overselling our room. The promised amenities were nonexistent, leaving us without food or drink options. Even after expressing our dissatisfaction to management, they offered no resolution, which felt utterly inadequate and frustrating.

The check-in process was frustrating as I had to ring the gate and announce myself multiple times just to enter.

An experience that fell flat
The stunning garden provided a peaceful retreat from the chaos of the city. Staff members were accommodating, ensuring we felt cared for during our stay.
However, we were unable to enjoy most of the hotel amenities due to private events, and the check-in process was a hassle, making our experience frustrating.

Our suite was very chic—like stepping into an artist's studio. Loved the unique decor with whimsical touches, and the MCM furnishings were a nice surprise. Plus, there was a little record player in the room! It felt so cozy and creative, which made our stay special. The gardens outside added to the charm, creating a lovely oasis away from the city's buzz.
